So, as I sit here this weekend and watch an 80s flashback show on the “classic” music channel, and I’m reminded of my childhood. There were good things, I imagine in, say 1989, it just wasn’t in film or music. Instead, I think it was my time at summer camp.

I went for at least 3 weeks during the summer to any variety of summer camp, and I’ll never forget my experiences there. There was my first experience in a group shower, swimming at the lake, and, of course, that special camp counselor that I crushed on all year long….ah, Kody…
