Today I was up quite early, 6:30am omg .. what an early morning for me anyway lol.I had my bottle of water, put some songs on my iPhone for running, and started running around 7:30am. I managed to run about 27 minutes and that’s not bad since it has been awhile. My legs are sore now !!! Haha. I came home to eat and was soaking wet – when I took off my clothes not long after I finished running, it was a blizzard outside. I got the run in just in time. After that I went off to the gym and did some chest and shoulder work. It felt pretty nice – and then the chicken and mushroom rice was delicious afterwards. Now I am going to watch a movie and hit the sack. I’m very tired, what a day haha!!!
