I have been really training hard for 2 weeks nonstop – and tomorrow I have my trainer. He is getting me to do back and shoulders. I love doing shoulders. Today I did biceps and triceps. I have been eating several times a day with 3 protein shakes. I will post my training program on the blog soon. I Just need to figure out how to install my printer with the new wireless router with password protection lol. I need sleep. It’s been long day and I am tired.
