Got my bicycle today and I have been out all day biking !!! 🙂 My legs are sore as hell, but what a cardio – 35km of biking today or more maybe … great weather, great fun! I’m going to hang out with some friends. I will go out tonight but I will drink only stupid water – no more booze for me during training. I need to be a good boy Tomorrow is supposed to be insane warm here in Montreal. Today when i biked around the gay village, there were so many people. The largest amount of people since last summer. It’s SO great when a Winter City wakes up fro spring. It almost makes teh cold weather we go through worth it Have a good night
