‘Nibiru’ (meaning ‘crossing planet’ from ancient Sumerian texts, strangely consistent with the end of the Mayan Calendar) was discovered by NASA in 2005 and shortly thereafter renamed Eris to avoid public panic. Good job NASA, as Eris is the Greek ‘Goddess of Discord’ lol. Some believe this is the collision planet that will end it all in 2012.
